What We Support

When We Intervene

We suspend accounts or remove PayLux from servers when behaviour violates safety, legality, or platform integrity.

1. Fraud and Scams

  • Chargeback fraud

  • Accepting payment and not delivering promised services

  • Identity theft or impersonation

  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities

  • Coordinated fraud or multi-account abuse

2. Minors (Zero Tolerance)

  • Anyone under 18 using PayLux

  • Lack of required age verification

  • Any content or activity involving or endangering minors

3. Coercion and Manipulation

  • Exploiting vulnerable individuals, including those in distress

  • Threats, blackmail, or forced payments

  • Misusing personal information to pressure others

  • Sharing private information without consent

  • Aggressive or manipulative behaviour designed to obtain payments

4. Illegal Activity

  • Money laundering

  • Tax evasion schemes

  • Payments for illegal services

  • Violations of PayPal’s Terms of Service

  • Any breach of local or federal law

5. Platform Abuse

  • Attempting to bypass transaction fees

  • Fake accounts to manipulate statistics

  • Exploiting system weaknesses

  • Automated or bot-driven transactions

  • Attempts to harm other users or the platform


Server Owner Responsibilities

You must:

  • Enforce clear anti-scam and anti-fraud rules

  • Maintain an 18+ environment

  • Handle disputes fairly

  • Report suspected fraud immediately

  • Avoid encouraging rule violations

  • Respond to PayLux intervention notices

You are not responsible for:

  • Personal user-to-user payment disputes

  • PayPal issues (handled by PayPal)

  • Users’ financial decisions

  • Technical issues with PayLux

  • Enforcement outside your own server


Reporting Issues

Report immediately if you observe:

  • Fraud or suspicious behaviour

  • Minors accessing PayLux

  • Manipulation, coercion, or safety concerns

  • System abuse or exploits

  • Unusual transaction patterns

Include relevant user IDs, logs, screenshots, or evidence. All reports are handled confidentially.

Response Times:

  • Fraud, minors, safety threats: within hours

  • Other violations: 24–48 hours

  • Appeals: handled case-by-case


Automated Protection Systems

7-Day Fraud Hold

New accounts cannot withdraw purchased points for 7 days to prevent abuse and protect communities from chargebacks.

Dual Balance System

  • Total Balance: All points owned

  • Available Balance: Points eligible for withdrawal Points unlock automatically after the 7-day period.

Chargeback Recovery

If someone issues a fraudulent chargeback, the system:

  • Detects the transaction

  • Traces every transfer involved

  • Recovers points from all recipients

  • Permanently bans the offender

  • Logs the entire recovery chain

Transaction Monitoring

Automatic reviews are triggered by:

  • Rapid back-and-forth transfers

  • High-volume activity from new accounts

  • Suspicious timing or patterns
