What is PayLux?
PayLux is a subscription-based Discord bot that lets you buy virtual points with real money via PayPal, send those points to other Discord users, and cash them out back to your PayPal account at any time. Conversion: 1 point = $0.01 USD, so 100 points = $1.

Do I need a subscription?
Yes. An active subscription is required for all PayLux features. All tiers are available using /subscribe.
How much does it cost?
Tribute: $3.99/month, $50 daily buy limit, $25 daily withdraw limit, 7.5% withdrawal fee
Commendation: $6.99/month, $200 daily buy limit, $100 daily withdraw limit, 5.5% withdrawal fee
Homage: $12.99/month, $500 daily buy limit, $250 daily withdraw limit, 3.5% withdrawal fee
How It Works
How does the points system work?
PayLux uses a 1:100 ratio. $1 USD = 100 points. After purchasing points through PayPal, the points appear automatically in your PayLux wallet.
How do I buy points?
Use /buy [amount] — for example, /buy 25 to purchase $25 worth of points. Complete the PayPal link, and your points appear within seconds.
How do I send points to someone?
/transfer for public transfers
/pledge for anonymous transfers Recipients can use “Thank Sender” to acknowledge gifts.
How do I cash out my points?
Set your PayPal email with /luxpal, then use /withdraw [amount]. You’ll see all fees before confirming. Withdrawals usually arrive instantly, or within 30 minutes.
What are the daily limits?
Tribute: $50 buy, $25 withdraw
Commendation: $200 buy, $100 withdraw
Homage: $500 buy, $250 withdraw Limits reset at midnight UTC.
Security & Safety
Is PayLux safe to use?
Yes. All payments use PayPal’s secure processing. PayLux never stores banking details. Your PIN is protected using bcrypt encryption and cannot be viewed or recovered by staff.
Why do I need a PIN?
Your PIN protects sensitive actions like purchases and withdrawals. Never share it.
What if I forget my PIN?
Email us with your Discord username and ID. Verification takes 24–48 hours.
Can someone steal my points?
Only if your Discord account is compromised. Keep your PIN private, enable 2FA, and secure your Discord login.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal only.
Is my payment information stored?
No. PayLux never sees or stores your credit card or PayPal password. Only your PayPal email and transaction records are stored.
Privacy & Data
What information do you collect?
PayLux collects your Discord ID, PayPal email, transaction history, encrypted PIN, and basic usage logs. PayLux does not collect messages, friend lists, or server activity.
Where is my data stored?
In a secure cloud database in Canada, with encryption, access controls, and regular audits.
Who has access to my data?
PayLux staff (for support and fraud prevention)
PayPal (for payments)
Discord (via API interactions)
Law enforcement when legally required
Data is never sold to third parties.
Can I delete my data?
Yes, email us. Account deletion takes up to 30 days. Financial records may be stored up to 7 years per Canadian law.
Are transfers anonymous?
/transfer: Public
/pledge: Anonymous to users, but logged internally for fraud prevention
Fees & Limits
What fees does PayLux charge?
Subscription cost (based on tier)
No fees for buying or transferring points
Withdrawal fee: Tier percentage + PayPal’s $0.25 fee
Why are there withdrawal fees?
To cover PayPal fees, server costs, development, and fraud prevention.
What’s the minimum withdrawal?
500 points ($5). No maximum except your tier limit.
Can I increase my daily limits?
Yes, upgrade your tier using /subscribe.
Troubleshooting
My payment didn’t complete.
Check PayPal, check /wallet, wait a few minutes, then email support if still missing.
My withdrawal failed.
Points return automatically. Usually caused by a wrong PayPal email or an unverified PayPal account.
I sent points to the wrong person. Can you reverse it?
No. All transfers are final. You may politely request the recipient to return the points.
How long do withdrawals take?
Instant to 30 minutes. Rarely, up to 24 hours.
Can I get a refund?
Only for technical errors or unused subscriptions within 24 hours. Email support for requests.
Account Management
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel through PayPal under Automatic Payments. You keep access until your paid period ends.
What happens to my points if I cancel?
They stay in your wallet, but you cannot use them unless you resubscribe.
Can I transfer my account to someone else?
No. Accounts are tied to your Discord ID.
What if my Discord account is hacked?
Secure your Discord account, contact support, and your PayLux account can be frozen temporarily.
Legal & Compliance
Who can use PayLux?
Users must be 18+, have PayPal, and comply with local laws.
Is PayLux legal?
Yes. PayLux is a legitimate subscription-based digital points service operating in Alberta, Canada.
Do I need to report PayLux income on taxes?
Possibly. Withdrawn points may count as taxable income. Consult a professional.
What happens if PayLux shuts down?
Users will have 30 days’ notice, all balances can be withdrawn, and subscriptions will be cancelled.
